World Environment Day Celebrated
World Environment Day was observed in S. D. College under the auspices of the Bhoomitrasena Club. The event was inaugurated by Manager Sri. Krishnan Janardhanaiyer. Presided by Principal Dr. S. Nataraja Iyer. Faculty in Charge was Dr.Unnikrishna Pillai. Dr. P. R. Sreemahadevan Pillai, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Calicut University and President of Indian Environmental Congress was the Chief Guest. He delivered a lecture on “Water related issues of Kerala”.
