Outreach & Extension Cell, SD College and NCC Unit (Army wing) SD College in association with Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) organised one day programme comprising Talk on Indian Space Mission, Mapping your neighbourhood with BHUVAN, Essay and Quiz Competition for college and high school students in Alappuzha district. The event was inaugurated by Dr Sibi K S , former HOD, Dept of physics, University of Kerala. Muhammadan’s Boys HSS won the first prize, GHSS Paravoor bagged second prize and third position was shared between TD HSS and Chinmaya School. Col. J K Joseph , Commanding Officer, 11(K) Bn NCC and Prof (Dr.) K H Prema, Principal, SD College congratulated the participants and distributed the prizes for the winners.
