Lekshmi S, working as Assistant Professor, PG & Research Department of Commerce, Sanatana Dharma College, and pursuing part-time Ph.D. at the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala since 2020. She completed M.phil in Commerce at the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala with an A+ grade, Master in Commerce from Department of Commerce, University of Kerala in 2016 with firstclass and first rank. Qualified UGC-NET in the year 2015, SET (Commerce) in March 2019, and Achieved the Brilliant Performance Award (all top ten percent performers) for National Accounting Talent Search Examination (senior-level 2015-2016) conducted by the Indian Accounting Association. She also qualified Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) from the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation in November 2017 with first class and second rank. She worked as Lecturer on Contract, Department of Commerce, University of Kerala from November 2018 to October 7, 2021, & Assistant Professor at Christ Nagar College Maranallor, Trivandrum from August 2016 to June 2017. She worked as a Member of the District Planning committee framed by the Kerala State Planning Board in the year 2017. She also worked as Skill SDE (Skill Development Executive) for Certified Accounting Technicians (CAT) at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) in association with the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme from April 2017 to March 2018 and as SDE (Skill Development Executive) for Foundation Module (FM – Communicative English and IT) at the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme from February 2015 to June 2017. Qualified Aptis (Teachers), a flexible online English test conducted by British Council in May 2014. She is also the Secretary of the Alumni Association of Department of Commerce, Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum since January 26, 2020, and Executive Member of Alumni Association of Department of Commerce, University of Kerala.
