Appointed as Assistant Professor in 2021, I'm having a teaching experience of 2 and a half years at UG and PG levels. Basically I'm an entomologist who works on the broad topic of Taxonomy, Ecology and Molecular studies of Coleoptera.

·        He has described 2 new species of Staphylinidae (Insecta: Coleoptera) from India.

·        He has described a new Genus (Physoglossus Akhil and Sabu 2020) of subfamily Anthiinae.

·        Revised the Bombardier beetle Genera Brachinus and Pheropsorphus of India.

·        Performed basic molecular barcoding analysis and submitted 22 nucleotide sequences to NCBI.
