Dr. Dhanya V. is Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Microbiology, Sanatana Dharma College. She joined the Department in 2021 with prior teaching experience as Asst. Professor (on Contract) at the Dept. of Biotechnology, Al-Ameen College, Edathala (2016-2021). She holds a Doctoral degree in Biotechnology from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala (2015). Multiple research projects, research publications, chapters in edited books and papers in national and international conferences testify to her research experience. Her studies focus on the isolation and screening of new bacterial isolates from soil etc. Dr. Dhanya V. has attended training programmes in her field of expertise including a three month internship at the Microbiology and Quality Control Lab of Milma, Ernakulam Dairy. She has successfully guided many student research projects in her teaching career.
