The Department of History and Political Science of SD College, Alappuzha is hosting the Kerala Council for Historical Research’s ( K.C.H.R) foundation day lectures on Tuesday 19th March 2024 @ K Parthasarathy Iyengar Memorial Golden Jubilee Auditorium. The lectures will be based on the general theme “Contemporary Trends in Local History – Writing”. The lectures will be delivered by Dr. Michael Tharakan (former V.C Kannur University & Former Chair K.C.H.R) and Dr. Alex Mathew (former Principal, Marthoma College Thiruvalla).
