Studied for PG at Department of Mathematics, University of Kerala Karyavattom, MPhil from Madras University and PhD from Cochin University. He joined as lecturer in 1992 and presently the HOD of Mathematics. Also a research guide of Kerala University in Mathematics. He was a member of Board of Studies (PG) in 2009-2012. Also a member of board of studies o F.M.N. College, Kollam, S.B. College, Changanaserry and CMS College, Kottayam Chapter Secretary (Alappuzha) of Kerala Mathematical Association
